Please complete the following steps to sign up for the app used to pay rent and submit maintenance requests:

You must "apply" first, only to collect your information. No applications will be denied.

1.	Download the RentRedi App from Google Play or the App Store
2.	Create an account in the app
3.	Tap the APPLY icon
4.	Tap "+" and select "Application"
5.	Fill out "Your Information" and upload "Your Documents"
6.	Tap "Send"
7.	Then, copy and paste in the following code to locate your unit: TPU-100
8.	Tap "Search"
9.	Enter in the Lease Start Date, Lease End Date, and Monthly Rent
10.	Tap "Preview & Send"
11.	Done! After you apply your application will be approved and you will be able to access the maintenance request and payment features.
